Another business wary of proposed aquifer regs

Not one but two Woodstock businessmen have expressed frustration with the proposed Aquifer District Overlay regulations that threaten to scotch plans for the commercial properties each of them purchased in the Bearsville flats. Both men say that their companies’ activities will not harm the town water supply that lies under the flats and that the overzealous measures will harm Woodstock by discouraging green businesses that provide local employment.
