What does the city want from the railroad? Do they just want the railroad to close down?

It's a good thing CSX does little with their yard, as I could see the city going after them for their operations soon enough. Just you wait until they decide they want a trail from Kingston junction down to the bridge in Poughkeepsie... then they'll want to pull up those tracks too
