Dale Hughes, the onetime Woodstock councilman who was arrested last fall in connection with the theft of more than $200,000 from a local volunteer fire company, faces up to a year in jail following his January 16 plea of guilty to a charge of second-degree grand larceny at a County Court session in Kingston.
