Bill Nugent, who’s been the new owner of Woodstock Harley-Davidson for a little over a year now, describes the odd ways in which he was drawn from work as a commodities trader on Wall Street to the motorcycle business as “nothing but chance.” The Putnam County resident, who now commutes an hour each day by both car and Harley, was trolling the internet for commercial real estate and saw the big building, former an Audi dealership, that Woodstock Harley founder and former owner Jan Dordick renovated and moved into 13 years ago.
