Dispute over language of taxation statute on Kingston workforce housing continues

Steve Aaron has deposited $50,000 against back taxes in an escrow account with Ulster County’s Industrial Development Agency. But the Birchwood Village owner’s dispute with the City of Kingston regarding the assessments on his low-income Flatbush Avenue housing complex remains unresolved.
