Some businesses hurt Pike Plan renovations, but not all suffered

The stone-cutting saws are silent, the asphalt fumes have blown away and the dumpsters have been hauled off. Now, after a nine-month, nearly $2 million overhaul of the Pike Plan canopy, streetscape improvements and other work, business owners in the heart of the Stockade District are taking stock and looking ahead.
