In the current exhibit at the Historical Society of Woodstock there is a photograph of Kiki Randolph celebrating Halloween at the old S.S. Seahorse on Rock City Road. The photograph was taken not long after the end of World War II and much lay ahead for Woodstock. So, too, was there much in the future for the woman in that picture.
