Woodstock board backs plan for former Zena school

The Woodstock Town Board on February 11 signaled its willingness to consider a zoning change or other measures that would enable a Kingston couple to proceed with their plan to purchase the former Zena Elementary School, which closed last June, and convert the facility into a for-profit music college.
