83rd Library Fair continues Woodstock tradition

The year was 1931 and the Woodstock Library needed some funds to keep things going in a small barn behind what is now the Center for Photography on Tinker Street. So, the small association that governed the library decided to put on a fair each summer with music, fun and games for all ages.
